This Privacy Policy describes how DigitalBillionaire ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Nanna Sankalpa application. This policy is compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• WhatsApp Number
• Payment Screenshots (for subscription verification)

• Gender (optional)
• User Category (Student/Homemaker/Professional)
• App Usage Data (XP points, streaks, tool usage, session history)
• Profile Photo (optional, stored locally)
• Course Language Preference

• Account creation and user identification
• Premium subscription verification and activation

• Progress tracking and synchronization across devices

Your personal data is stored securely on encrypted servers using PostgreSQL databases. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS/SSL) to ensure security in transit. Certain data (such as preferences, session history, and profile photos) is also stored locally on your device for offline access. We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as required under Indian IT Rules to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment verification with authorized payment processors
• Email communication via Gmail SMTP for transactional emails
• When required by law or government authorities

Your personal data is retained as long as your account remains active. Inactive accounts and their associated data are automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by using the "Delete My Account" option in the app's Settings screen, or by contacting our support team.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen in the Nanna Sankalpa app. Upon deletion, all personal data including your name, phone number, email, progress data, and session history will be permanently removed from our servers. This action is irreversible.

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS/SSL). We do not transmit any personal data over unencrypted channels.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is used solely for providing and improving the Nanna Sankalpa service.

Under applicable Indian data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by us
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

The app uses local storage for user preferences and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

The Nanna Sankalpa app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through in-app notifications.
