Your personal data is stored securely on encrypted servers using PostgreSQL databases. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS/SSL) to ensure security in transit. Certain data (such as preferences, session history, and profile photos) is also stored locally on your device for offline access. We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as required under Indian IT Rules to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

Data Retention

Your personal data is retained as long as your account remains active. Inactive accounts and their associated data are automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by using the "Delete My Account" option in the app's Settings screen, or by contacting our support team.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen in the Nanna Sankalpa app. Upon deletion, all personal data including your name, phone number, email, progress data, and session history will be permanently removed from our servers. This action is irreversible.

Data Security in Transit

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS/SSL). We do not transmit any personal data over unencrypted channels.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is used solely for providing and improving the Nanna Sankalpa service.
